Exploring the Haikyu Movie
The Dumpster Battle is an exciting continuation of the fourth season of Haikyu, which follows Karasuno’s journey in the tournament. After moving on to the third round in the Nationals, the team conquered Tsubakihara and then faced Inarizaki High School with the powerful Miya Brothers leading it.
The next opponents for them are Nekoma High School who have always been their rivals. Added to this, there has been growing competition between Hinata and Kenma; this only serves to increase tension in their games.
Chapters 291 to around 325 from the manga are adapted into this film that focuses on national competitions while some may be left out – up until chapter 369 or even farther into final arcs (chapters 370-402). However, we expect that after National Arc concludes writers will use it as series finale thereby leaving us wondering what will happen next.
